Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Alto Tech Services LLC, operating as EveryShot("we," "us"). By creating an account or using a gallery, you agree to them.

The service

EveryShot lets event hosts collect photos and videos from guests via a QR code into a private gallery, view them live, sync them to the host's Google Photos and/or Google Drive, and download them in full resolution. Guests use galleries without an account; hosts create an account to manage events.

Pricing and payment

• Free preview: you can create an event, build its website and QR codes, and collect up to 5 trial photos at no charge (limit 5 free events per account). Upgrading carries everything over.
• Plans are one-time purchases: $25 (Classic, 4 weeks), $39 (Premier, 8 weeks), or $79 (Dream, 12 weeks) — each with one bonus week of collecting included. Optional one-time boosts (extra storage or +2 weeks) and the $9 archive restore are priced at checkout. No subscriptions, no automatic renewals.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation: you can cancel a plan from your event settings. Your first cancellation within 24 hours of payment is refunded in full; otherwise a $5 cancellation fee is deducted from the refund. Cancelling stops collecting but never deletes your setup — you can reactivate by paying again. To contest a fee or request any other refund, email support@altotechservices.com with your event name.

Your content

• You (and your guests) keep all rights to uploaded photos and videos. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, display in your gallery, sync, and deliver them.
• Hosts are responsible for the content their gallery collects and for having permission to photograph and share images of their event's attendees.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is intended to harass. We may remove content or close galleries that violate this, and we comply with valid legal requests.
• Hosts can hide any uploaded item; hidden items are excluded from the gallery, slideshow, sync, and downloads.

Collection windows, delivery, and deletion

• You choose when collecting begins (within your plan's limits around your event date); the window then runs for your plan's weeks plus the bonus week. Before it begins, events can collect up to 5 test photos.
• When the window closes you have 7 days of free download access. The album then moves to cold storage, restorable for $9 (two weeks of renewed access, never extending past the deletion date below).
• 60 days after the window closes, our stored copies are permanently deleted.We email reminders at each step, but downloading your zip and/or connecting Google sync is your responsibility — once deleted on this schedule, our copies cannot be recovered. Everything already delivered (your downloads, your Google copies) is yours forever; synced copies count toward your Google account's storage and are governed by Google's terms.

Accounts

Keep your login and your gallery's host link/QR code secure — anyone with the host link can manage your gallery, and anyone with the guest link can view and add photos. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Service quality and liability

We work hard to keep EveryShot reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the gallery in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content uploaded by guests.

General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
